We chose to work with Gunnel because of her personality, her approach and her methods. We didn’t want to do like we usually do, look for what’s wrong and fix it. Instead, we wanted to identify what was right and good and build on our strengths. Gunnel works with methods that strengthen people. We also needed someone who uses a process focused approach, which Gunnel does. We have learned a practical method, a tool for working with success factors in the work integration social enterprises. The enterprises who have participated in the project have developed visions for their future and concrete action plans to realize the visions. Every workshop resulted in a wonderfully positive atmosphere and lots of creative ideas. All of the employees have been actively involved in the process. We are very satisfied that we chose to work the way we did.
