I give 60-70 keynotes and talks yearly, working with both large and small groups. Most of my talks can also be given as half- or full day courses, or you can choose to combine my talk with a workshop.

I specialize in strengths-based development, appreciation, happiness at work, employee engagement, communication, leadership, working environment and difficult conversations. Every talk is tailored to your specific needs.

I want my talks to be inspiring, engaging and funny, while also giving new insights and tools to the audience. All my keynotes have a clear message and content, based on research – packaged and presented in a light and humorous way, with lots of energy and passion.

If you choose a full day training programme, the same ideas apply. I’m convinced that we learn the best if we also have fun. Therefore, all my training programmes give not just lots of inspiration, new insights, knowledge and skills – the participants will also laugh a lot and have fun, even when we talk about difficult conversations. To secure a lasting result, I also put a lot of emphasis on practical exercises, sharing and reflection.

All my talks and programmes can be given in English as well as Swedish.
